You would cover main payroll duties and ideally would get involved with some accounting responsibilities such as processingVAT returns.Key Responsibilities: Supporting the payroll manager in processing payroll in-house for multiple clients across Scotland. Achieving a high level of communication with clients Ideally diversification into VAT and other accounting responsibilitiesAccountancy can sometimes come across as dry or stuffy, not so here! Forging close relationships with clients is a big part of what the company do Ability to cope with a fast-paced environment A love of variety, of clients and of day-to-day tasksThis position comes as a full-time permanent contract with a competitive salary and a review guaranteed after the first 6 months.
