Job Description

Payroll Administrator Location: Glasgow city centre (Flexible working options available)Salary: £23k to £25k DOE per annumHours of work: Mon to Fri 9am to 5pmExperience: Payroll/Administration/Financial Services/Cascade/ExcelA bit about the role

  • Processing of end-to-end monthly payroll for over 1000 staff members
  • Assisting with calculation and submission of monthly and tax year end PAYE to HMRC
  • Processing payroll benefits and associated admin tasks
  • Dealing with questions, queries, and requests in relation to payroll, pensions and benefits.
  • Ensuring adherence to processes, procedures & controls
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A bit about you
  • Previous experience working in payroll for a minimum of two years
  • Previous experience using cascade is an advantage
  • An enthusiasim to help and understand
  • Must be able to communicate at the highest standard both written and verbally.
  • Proficient user of payroll systems and Microsoft Office
  • Must be comfortable using excel formulas
