We are introducing a new role for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our growing client with a fully remote role! The hours of work are between 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will make outbound calls to existing/ previous customers promoting the service of dog food they have ordered to discuss signing them up to an ongoing subscription.
