A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a remote working Outbound Call Centre Agent to join a growing team on an initial 3-6-month contract. You will be working 4 shifts between 12:00-20:00, Monday-Friday, plus compulsory Saturday 10:00-16:00 (35 hours per week – 5 days per week only).As an Outbound Call Centre Agent, your responsibilities will include:- Outbound calling to UK Residents.- Carrying out Market Research surveys with residents & businesses.- Meeting set targets.- Data entry.We are looking for an Outbound Call Centre Agent who has the following:- Previous call centre, telephone-based customer service, telesales or telemarketing experience.- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- A laptop/PC with Windows 10 and a landline/mobile phone.- To be living within Scotland.In return, an Outbound Call Centre Agent will receive a salary of £6.50, £8.20 or £8.72 per hour depending on shift, a bonus and full training.To apply for this role as Call Centre Agent, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency.
