Job Description

Salary: £41.4k - £44.4k per annum (Dependent on skills & qualifications)Reference: REQ3507Do you want to be a part of an innovative and supportive team, where there are great opportunities for career progression and developmentThe OT Cyber Project Co-ordinator will help drive SGN’s realization of modernisation in the future of energy through supporting SGN’s operational Technology (OT) cyber security initiatives, so come join a team of forward thinkers.As an OT Cyber Project Co-ordinator, you will be part of a diverse team responsible for delivering SGN’s OT cyber security control system upgrade, with the role being focused on the initiation, tracking and close out of, site readiness and Management ofChange (MoC) across the whole gas network in SGN’s southern licensed area..The E&I Project Co-ordinator is responsible for a wide range of activities supporting our team, systems integrators and other SGN OT projects across the wider SGN community. The work will include but not be limited to; PS/6 Management of Change (MoC) andNon-routine Operation documentation (NRO) initiation, status reporting and close out.What will you be doing day to day

  • Creating the site-specific PS5/6/8 management of change documents
  • Drafting site-specific Non-Routine Operation (NRO) documentation
  • Initiate and track drafting of site red line drawings, and ensure final as-builts drawings are passed to the asset team
  • Coordinates with the other E&I and Major project teams to confirm responsibilities under PS/6 and NRO to maximise efficiency
  • Supports the Competent Person’ (CP) during management of change activities at site
  • Contributing to the building and adherence to the project schedule
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Researching and reviewing information for stakeholders.
  • Help optimise MoC surrounding project implementations
  • Assists deployment programme momentum and effective use of personnel
  • Provide support/responses to project queries to stakeholders
  • Using various computer systems and software packages.
  • Occasional travel to sites across Scotland and to SGN’s southern major offices.
What you’ll needWe are looking to add an active member to our team who can work cohesively and autonomously.The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in the following disciplines:
  • Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems in a process industry
  • Experience of Management of Change in an industrial process environment
  • Experience of drafting coordination concepts
  • Exposure to IP networking and OT systems and a willingness and ability to learn new skills
  • Understand the importance of Cyber Security in an OT environment

  • A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Someone that can demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Diligent, organised, with an attention to detail and strong written skills
  • Hold a full valid driving license
  • Be successful in securing SC clearance
