Job Description

Employer description:Calling all aspiring professionals! Optura Glazing, a leading optical services provider, want to find a committed candidate for their optical lab administration apprenticeship. This is a key role within the business and would provide an amazing opportunityto learn and grow within the team. Optura Glazing want to bring the best service to their customers and be proud of their work. Does this sound like something you would want to be a part ofResponsibilities:

  • Processing of the daily delivery, unpacking and matching up orders with the relevant orders
  • Booking in and out work from all stores using online system X Eye X
  • Processing the work that comes in – traying up, picking frames and lenses
  • Stock maintenance
  • Online ordering from suppliers using supplier portals
  • Computer duties such as spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and correspondence with various branches with staff of all levels
  • Answering calls / emails from customers queries
