Due to significant growth across this sector or client are looking for a self -motived OperationsDirector.The Role As Operations Director you will be managing a multi-shift materials recovery operation across six processing areas while leading and developing various teams across the site to ensure safe and efficient operations. You will be responsible for proactivelymonitoring performance levels across all processes to ensure productivity and quality target are met.To be successful in this role you must have WAMITAB /COTC Level 4 or equivalent and have proven experience in the Waste Management sector. You should possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
