Job Description

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership withScotlands distributing partner for leading plastics manufacturers. Founded in 1973, our client offers a wealth of product knowledge and unmatched experience.The business is currentlyseeking a full-time Office Administrator to provide support to their Glasgow operations.As an Office Administrator with Stockline Plastics, youll be expected to:

  • Carry out reception duties, answering calls and directing them positively and with an energetic work ethic.
  • Welcome guests to the office and ensure they have a hospitable experience.
  • Process orders and invoices.
  • Filing and other general office work as required.
To be considered, you should be able to demonstrate:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and react to shifting priorities.
  • Confidence in dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
