Role: Office Administrator Location: Glasgow Sector: Commercial building & glazing & roof maintenance Job description We are working with an esteemed client, who are a sector leading, commercial building, glazing and roof maintenance specialist. Were currently searching for an office administrator to join and be part of thefantastic team in their Cambuslang office. Duties of the Office Administrator include:providing support to our senior managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs. Maintain polite and professional communication via telephone calls and emailsSchedule appointments/meetings and take detailed minutes. Write and distribute email communications to staff. Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers via email and telephone. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers. Update and maintain office policies and procedures/accreditationsMaintaining job database. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, car/van hire and making hotel reservations for senior management, employees. Provide general support to visitors, preparing refreshments/any catering requirements.
