Our clients team brings together many of the UKs finest practitioners and teachers in all relevant healthcare disciplines.The Role:I am seeking an Occupational Health Technician for a years contract based at Govan and Scotstoun, the working hours are Monday -Thursday 8-4.45pm and Friday 8-12.15pm. You will be part of a team consisting of a Senior OHA, OHN, 2 physios, RMN, OHT and admin.As an Occupational Health Technician you will be an integral part of the team, providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care our clients receive.This is an opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals. You will enjoy working closely alongside your experienced colleagues to deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction that the industry has to offer.The main duties of the role include:Undertaking health screening procedures in accordance with company protocols. These screening procedures may include general baseline measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, and urinalysisCarrying out Drug and Alcohol testingCarrying out fitness for work medicalsUndertaking health surveillance activities including audiometry and lung function testingDelivering health promotion activitiesEnsuring all medical information is accurately recordedEnsuring all equipment is serviceable, clean and fit for purposeProviding support to the whole Occupational Health team in helping the department to run smoothly and effectivelyBeing an active member of the Occupational Health team and promote a positive working environmentYou will have good interpersonal and communication skills and previous experience working in a clinical/fitness setting.25 days Annual LeaveRequirements for the Occupational Health Technician: occupational health technician, health care experience, fitness experienceImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
