Job Description

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership witha global energy and building controls specialist. We are trusted by the worlds leading retailers and blue-chip companies to deliver sustainable control and remote monitoring solutions. With strategically positionedoffices worldwide and a carefully selected distributor network, we work with customers to reduce energy costs and achieve sustainability objectives.Designing and manufacturing HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) control and monitoring solutions for clients across multiple sectors; including Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Public Sector, and Hospitality, we put our customersat the heart of our business.We are currently seeking an Incident Nightshift Alarm Handler for our Solutions Centre in Hillington, Glasgow.The position is temporary (6 months) with working hours of 7pm to 7am Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.Responsibilities

  • Accept Refrigeration & HVAC Alarms and manage to a solution using internal checks and rules.
  • Adding details of any actions taken.
  • Investigate all issues surrounding each incident, ensuring a solution is provided
  • Receive telephone queries from the various UK and International sites
  • Work across multiple clients with variable procedures
  • Log service requests on both in-house and 3rd Party Software
  • Managing service requests to completion
Skills and Experience
  • Competent keyboard skills
  • Good telephone skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to manage assigned workload
  • Literate and numerate
  • Good communicator
