Job Description

NHSPIP Administrative SupervisorScotlandGlasgow - Band 5Full-TimePermanentWe are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join an ever-growing PIP (personal independent payment) team. You will be supporting the business manager, giving high quality administrative and reception service across all 8 sites in Scotland (Main base Glasgow, site coverKilmarnock, Ayr, Dumfries & Stranraer)You will be organising and scheduling claimants assessments whilst liaising with health professionals. You will also be involved in PIP operational meetings to help improve and develop the service.Benefits!

Your main Duties!
  • First point of contact and supervising all admin staff
  • Scheduling PIP assessments
  • Attending PIP operational meetings
  • Cover for business manager when needed
  • Arrange support and cover for annual leave, using bank and agencies
  • Day to day administrative and reception duties
What we need from you!
  • HND or equivalent
  • Experience in complex scheduling/appointment systems
  • Great customer service skills in a front facing role
  • Experience of de-escalation
  • Experience in all administrative procedures
  • Great knowledge of Microsoft package
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel between sites across Scotland
