Position: Newly Qualified (NQ) Personal Injury SolicitorLocation: Glasgow, ScotlandSalary Range: £35,000 - £42,000Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid WorkingAbout the frim:A prestigious law firm in Glasgow, known for its commitment to excellence and client service, is seeking a dynamic Newly Qualified (NQ) Personal Injury Solicitor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to join a leading legal teamand develop their career in personal injury law. The Role:As an NQ Personal Injury Solicitor, you will be involved in handling a variety of personal injury cases, providing legal support and advice to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to build their experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:* Manage and progress personal injury cases under supervision. * Assist with Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employers Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL) claims. * Provide legal advice and support to clients. * Contribute to case strategy and negotiations. * Collaborate with senior solicitors and legal professionals to learn and grow in the field. Qualifications & Experience:* Recently qualified as a Scottish solicitor with a current practicing certificate. * Some experience or strong interest in personal injury law. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Eager to learn and grow professionally in a supportive environment. We Offer:* A competitive starting salary between £35,000 to £42,000. * A hybrid working model with only 2 days required in the office and the rest from home. * Extensive opportunities for professional development and mentorship. * A collaborative and supportive team environment.
