Job Description

My client is a long established, privately owned contractor involved in a wide range of general building, roofing and insurance reinstatement works across the central belt. With a strong client base built up over 4 decades among housing associations, local authority, insurance firms and surveyors the company carries a varied and skilled workforce covering all specialist trades. The Milti Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising multiple concurrent jobs, ensuring tradesmen and sub contractors are on site and instructed, all relevant documentation is completed and in place, clients are given clear communication on the progression of works and all activity is carried out to the highest standards of Health and Safety.To be considered you will: Hold a relevant trade accreditation (City & Guilds/ SVQ) - Joinery, roofing, brick laying etcDemonstrable experience in supervisory / foreman rolesBe comfortable with accurate completion and filing of documentationStrong eye for detail and qualityStrong customer facing skillsDemonstrate a stable work history within multi trade contractor businessesFull UK Drivers LicenseThe successful candidate will enjoy a challenging, varied and busy role - hourly rate will be circa £18.00 - £19.00 based on 40 - 45 hrs p/w + Van with additional payments for any overtime or weekend work that may arise.To discuss in detail please get in touch for a confidential chatSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
