Job Description

Mortgage & Protection BrokerPermanent / EmployedCompetitive Salary plus commissionGlasgowHRC Recruitment are partnering with an established financial services brand recruiting 2 Mortgage & Protection Brokers to join their team in Glagow.Responsibilities of the Mortgage & Protection Broker:

  • Manage your own book of mortgage appointments
  • Work as part of a team to increase sales, ensuring the correct product is sourced for the client from multiple lenders
  • Meet and exceed sales target in relation to Mortgage and Protection products
    • Background and skills of the Mortgage & Protection Broker:
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • The ability to explain complex information concisely
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for maintaining and building client relationships
  • Experience in a whole of market, mortgage advice position
  • Relevant professional qualifications for regulated mortgage advice
