Project Manager Mergers and Acquisitions M&A This is a new and exclusive opportunity for a strong Project Manager to lead on Mergers and Acquisitions M&A Projects for this leading Insurance businessRole details

  • Location: This role requires 2 days a month in Glasgow, but you can be based absolutely anywhere
This is a brilliant Project Manager role to lead on Mergers and Acquisitions M&A projects for this leading insurance business as they invest in their change and transformation projects teamThis insurance business are going through a significant transformation of People, Process & Technology, and as a qualified and experienced Project Manager you will play a key role in leading major change initiatives.As the Project Manager, your key role will include:-Planning and managing the delivery of change projects, developing and maintaining plans, identifying and managing risk, monitoring and reporting progress, and managing SMEs and stakeholders to ensure delivery against tight time frames.You will be working on a variety of projects, but there will be a key focus on Mergers and Acquisitions M&A projects over the next 12-24 months as there are a huge number of projects planned in this areaQualifications
  • Project Management PMP, MSP or Prince 2 certification required
  • Knowledge and experience of general insurance (London Market / Lloyds and Industry) products, services an advantage.
  • Previous experience of leading M&A integration projects
