Job Description

Our client is looking for a Marketing ManagerClient DetailsA leader in their fieldDescription

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns for our leads and existing customers based on market segments/product lines and build repeat business
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and make adjustments to ensure their success
  • Recruit and train talent of brand ambassadors and influencers for successful implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Brief print suppliers, external creative agencies, and freelancers
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organisational guidelines
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Working with Digital Marketing Manager to improve new campaigns, using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Coordinate with the Product Manager and wider Marketing team to keep a pulse on the latest product updates and coordinate with respective teams on UK launch dates
  • Organise campaigns and keep team members informed on deliverables on Monday.com
  • Prepare bi-weekly campaign status reports for leadership
  • Ideate and own the brand storytelling process, coordinate with Creative Team on content, video, and design
  • Accuracy checking and approving campaign content and materials
  • Oversee the quality of work returned by designers and copywriters
ProfileMinimum/PreferredEducationDescriptionMinimumBachelors DegreeMarketing, Communications, or relevant fieldExperience:Minimum Years of ExperienceDescription4+ YearsMarketing or Communication positionsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Up to date on the latest marketing trends and knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible to work after hours in the evenings or over weekends for events where needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in the corporate marketing environment
  • Experience with Monday.com, project management platform
  • Experience with WordPress or similar web management platform
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Knowledge of British Sign Language and/or other European languages (advantageous)
  • Experience/Knowledge of the Deaf Community (advantageous)
