You will not just be part of the biggest change in the automotive industryfor a century - you will be at the forefront of it.Job Descriptionbp pulse is partnered with some of the UKs largest fleets to provide a path to low carbon electrification of their Fleet of Commercial Vehicles. This role will consolidate efforts from across the bp and bp pulse business to lead the customer relationship,providing leadership where it matters, identifying growth opportunities and managing service levels in line with agreements.Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Delivery of best-in-class Account Management and Customer Service to the UKs Largest Fleet (and other customers as assigned)
  • Ownership of end-end Relationship across all Customer Levels, with support from Head of Account Management, understanding the customers low carbon transition plans, establish a deep relationship map and generate account development plan for other low-carboncomplimentary services
  • Successful delivery of Service Level Targets and KPI associated with account
  • Ownership of Infrastructure Uptime and Lead on Growth and Project Delivery of Future Sites
  • Explore, identify and execute revenue generation opportunities
  • Work collaboratively across various bp pulse teams, understand and monitor project delivery, programme management and service to be the effective customer relationship lead taking actions where necessary
Qualifications
  • Degree preferred but not essential
  • Prince 2 Qualified desirable
Knowledge & Experience
  • Significant and demonstratable success in Direct Sales and Account Management for a similar sized customer
  • 5+ Years previous experience
  • Proven track record in achieving success in negotiations with Major accounts
  • Understanding of low-carbon transitions desirable, or experience in renewables, utilities/energy and/or electrification
  • Strong communication, collaboration and organisation skills
  • Ability to manage high level relationships
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement through setting and monitoring of high-standards and process
  • Proven financial awareness/ability to understand and apply financial modelling
  • Self-driven, motivated and resilient
Additional InformationThe ideal candidate will be based in Scotland and will work remotely.
