Job Description

Lettings & Sales Negotiator£ 22,000 + 15% bonus on every sale commissionGlasgowThe RoleAre you a dynamic person who enjoys hard work and is committed to achieving results Do you possess previous experience in sales or letting If so, were looking for you!We are seeking an ambitious Lettings & Sales Negotiator who will be responsible for meeting the offices minimum profit target while also promoting Martin & Cos long-term growth. You will be expected to achieve pre-agreed targets, operating to the standardsrequired by the company. You will also maximise opportunity for viewings, lets & sales, market appraisals and instructions.Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of a Lettings & Sales Negotiator include, but are not limited to:

  • Register applicants and effectively manage the database, ensuring that regular contact is made with all prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate offers from tenants & buyers.
  • Generate viewings, match applicants to properties.
  • Spot potential opportunities with regards to market appraisals & instructions.
  • Progress transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Canvassing & leafleting to seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors.
  • Signing up tenants and working through the process.
  • Ensure offers are accepted, all terms agreed, and application forms are completed in full by prospective tenants.
  • Pass on completed application forms to administrator/manager for processing.
