Please note: Whilst this role is advertised for Glasgow, applications from Sheffield will be considered.About the roleProviding Admin Support for the Legal Tech Tools Team .* Monitor the team mailbox and respond to user queries.* Regular archiving of users.* Develop a deep understanding of our clients, competitors and market to help anticipate and trial client driven solutions.* Collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders.* Proactively identify and promote opportunities to use technology to solve problems with internal and external stakeholders.* This list is not intended to be exhaustive and you will be expected to perform other duties and have other responsibilities that fall within the wider remit of the role.About you* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.* Keen interest in tech.* Advanced organisational and influencing skills, flexibility of style, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.* Possess a high degree of initiative and independent judgment with excellent troubleshooting, decision-making, and follow-through skills.* Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.* Creative thinker with the ability to engage with users to bring ideas to life.* Must be resilient, diplomatic and able to deal with challenging stakeholders.Desirables* Prior experience in using software such as HighQ, Kira or Workshare Transact.
