Totum Partners are delighted to be working with a leading law firm recruiting for Legal Biller for a 12 Month FTC based in their Glasgowoffice.The ideal Legal Biller will be responsible for the following:Raising of billsEnsure bills are dispatchedMonitoring of the billing mailboxes and dealing with requestsTime and disbursement and write-offsLawyer & PA liaisonCollaboration with other finance teamsEnsure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR)Ensure compliance with VAT / local tax regulationsProvide cover for specific tasksProduction of monthly and quarterly client reportsThe ideal Legal Biller will have the following:Experience with billing fees or costExcellent team playerReliable and trustworthyAbility to use own initiativeOrganised and methodicalEqual OpportunitiesAs a responsible business, it is important that we represent the diversity of our people, our clients and our communities.
