Job Description

My client are a vessels management business looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their growing software development team.Client DetailsMy client are a global vessels management business.Description

  • Manage team of up to 10 other people - including developers and testers.
  • Coordinate the work carried out by the team across multiple projects.
  • Lead agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software designs
  • Oversee the quality of work being carried out
  • Responsible for the full project lifecycle including proposal, design, development, testing and release.
  • Act as a mentor to more junior members of the team
  • Write clean, scalable code
  • Revise, update, refactor and debug code
  • Develop documentation throughout the development process
  • Serve as an expert on applications. Provide technical support when required.
Profile
  • Minimum of 4 years experience working with Microsoft, .Net or C# programming languages
  • Must have team managment experience
  • Experience with Agile developments, especially Scrum
  • Microsoft Azure is desirable
  • Excellent team leadership skills required + people management skills
  • Advantageous to be active in Meet Ups/ Conferences within the IT world
