The Keepmoat Land & Partnerships Graduate Programme has been developed to attract the very best graduates into our Land & Partnerships teams. We want to attract graduates who share in our passion for what we do and how we do things, whilst aspiring to build a successful career with Keepmoat, providing us with a rich seam of talent from which we will nurture and grow our future leadership teams.The initial phase of the programme is focussed exclusively on attracting graduates into the Land & Partnerships function and the initial Programme intake will provide an opportunity for up to 6 graduate placements. As a progressive business, we have identified the need to focus on "Growing Our Own" talent within the L&P function, providing an exciting opportunity for a select number of highly motivated and talented graduates to learn not just how to buy land successfully, but to also equip them with the technical knowledge, professional, personal and leadership development skills and an understanding of all aspects of the Keepmoat business.We are keen to seize the opportunity to attract some of the brightest and best graduates into the Keepmoat business.
