This role is initially based remotely however we will be moving a hybrid model and you will need to be Leeds based to be considered.The day rate is inside IR35 and is very competitive in the current market.The role is responsible for quality checking cases completed by KYC Analysts and for feeding back on areas of development to strengthen analysts knowledge base on policy, processes and procedures to ensure delivery of KPIs and team SLAs.Previous KYC QC experienced is preferred however if you have a strong KYC background with good communication skills you would be considered for the role.
