Wastewater have exceptional technology at their fingertips helping them to support a wide variety of projects and making them the partner of choicefor water utilities. Wastewater have an impressive portfolio and to date have supported over 500 wastewater installations, globally. If you think you have what it takes to compliment this impressive team and help them to continue meeting and exceeding theirbusiness objectives, please read on.Are you a dynamic strategist with extensive customer facing experience, to generate growth whilst maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally Someone, who can drive the name of Sulzer and the expertise we have to our large complex client’sfront door and deliver world class account managementYour main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Overall coordination, functional management, and leadership of all the designated Key Accounts through Scotland
  • Developing relationships with existing clients through detailed contract management
  • Generate and execute new business growth through a clearly defined strategy
  • Informing clients of all services available to them in the Sulzer portfolio
  • Maintain the company CRM System and forge great stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • Using business reviews, gain feedback and use this information to improve policies and processes to encourage more business growth
  • Formulate and own action plans for growth and at-risk targets
  • Assist with the development of market specific new and or extended contact proposals
  • Proactively promote and engage in company initiatives to ensure continuous improvement for health, safety, wellbeing, and the environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • HNC/Equivalent experience in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant experience within related industry including knowledge of industry practices & standards
  • Experience in preparation and complex work packages / bids
  • Commercial awareness
  • Management of large / complex customers
  • Experience in planning medium to long terms strategies
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft packages
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate
  • Target driven
  • Excellent capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Positive, solution focused delivery to adapt to changing project parameters
  • Methodical and well organised with a keen attention to the finer detail
