Junior/ Trainee Sales Representative - Lighting Manufacturer£25,000 - £35,000 basic + bonus + Company car/ allowance + benefitsA rare opportunity to be fully trained in all aspects of lighting and project/ specification sales including product training, sales presentation, call cycles and account management, negotiation, estimating and quotations, managing a project pipeline, workingto budgets and maintaining relationships.The training will take place in Scotland, London and Europe with the majority being taught whilst shadowing and being mentored by the Regional Manager in the Glasgow office. To work with the client base, which is mainly Electrical consultants, architects,lighting designers, developers, end users and electrical contractors, you will need to have a strong technical background, able to pick up and understand the technicalities involved. The position is best suited to a graduate, preferably with at least 2 yearssales experience or a wholesaler, electrician, consultant looking for a career change and a great passion to get into project sales. You will be offered the full backing of the Company to train you for a minimum of a year and in return you should be fullycommitted, determined to succeed and have a burning ambition to become a sales professional for a market leader.
