Job Description The Zooniversity is a 12 week graduate programme, designed to fast track graduates into the world of digital learning design and provide a career within our core business after graduation.Using a mixture of workshops delivered by experts, individual assignments, group tasks, shadowing and on the job experience, you will gain the skills needed to become able to perform the role of a Junior Digital Learning Developer or a Learning ExperienceAdvisor at the end of the 12 week programme.The Zooniversity will induct 6 graduates in cohort 1 in September 2022, followed by a further 6 graduates in cohort 2 in January 2023. Cohort 1 will be made of 5 x Junior Digital Learning Developers and 1 x Learning Experience Advisor.These roles will have a starting salary of around £20K rising on an incremental basis as you work your way through the programme.Experts from across the Media Zoo organisation will provide their knowledge and experience to you and act as mentors during the 12 week programme.At the start of programme we will assign a project from a client that you will need to work on and produce an overall solution for.This project will use all the skills/knowledge that you will pick up over the 12 week programme and enable you to put into practice what you have learned in a real world setting. The project will take the form of individual assignments and team based tasksdotted throughout the 12 weeks of the programme. This will help focus your attention on specific elements and build your knowledge in a logical way. Regular presentation days throughout the 12 weeks of the programme will be used to monitor progress and providefeedback for improvements in your ideas/approaches.A final presentation of your overall solution will form part of final graduation day.
