Job Description

We are recruiting for a leading Restoration business throughout the UK and Scotland for an experienced Joiner.A basic salary of £28,000 , plus van and tools provided, all mileage paid and overtime is available.As an NVQ level 3 joiner you will be responsible for delivering works and ensuring that these works are completed to a satisfactory quality in in line with timeframes set by the Contracts manager in line with our clients operational procedures and techniquesfor both Residential and SME properties Key responsibilities: Be able to construct and fit kitchens to a high standard Fitting of engineered and laminate flooring All 1st and second fix joinery Hanging internal and external doors Worktop fitting including mitre joints Fit all ironmongery to doors Fit wet wall to bathrooms. Maintain accreditations Maintain battery and hand operated tools and ensure they are kept within live PAT test date Keep sites clean and tidy at all times using protection Deliver works within the timeframe set by the Contracts manager. Liaise with the Service Centre and customer to ensure that they are regularly informed of the status of all live ongoing projects Ensure that Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures are both understood and fully implemented. Advising insureds, where applicable, of the operation and safety of all plant and equipment including the provision of safetydata sheets when necessary. Provide flexible resourcing to assist any other trade or restoration technician as and when required. Travel anywhere in the UK to deliver projects Attend tool box talks when requested. Attend training courses when provided by BELFOR UK or any other external provider. Understand and implement the use of new procedures and materials. Ensure responsibilities specific to your role as detailed within BKH L006 Health Safety and Environment Policy are complied with Any other reasonable management request
