Job Description

This is one for all you IT Support Analysts looking for a part time role working 21 hours per week within a highly respectable organisation based in City Centre Glasgow. This role is paying £15.42 per hour and it is a Hybrid role working 2 days from theoffice base, and 1 day from home.Client DetailsA highly respectable organisation based in Glasgow.DescriptionEssential:

  • Relevant training experience in Microsoft 365 applications, such as; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience of providing software helpdesk support in the above applications.
  • Experience of delivering an IT Induction programme for new staff
  • Experience of web authoring using WordPress
  • Experience of producing training materials in various formats, such as; handouts, web pages and video tutorials
Desirable:
  • Experience of supporting the use of a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), preferably Moodle
  • Experience of using Accessibility Software designed to assist users with Dyslexia and other additional support needs, such as; Read & Write TextHelp and screen readers
Profile
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • The ability to deliver information and training at a level appropriate to the recipients, with well-developed presentation skills.
  • Well-developed organisational skills
  • Knowledge of eProcurement systems, such as; PECOS
Job Offer
