Job Description

INVOICE FINANCE BROKER£25,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commissionGlasgow / RemoteAimee Willow Connex are working with a Commercial Finance Brokerage. As one of the UKs fastest growing Business Finance Brokers, our client was formed early 2019 to meet a diverse growing demand for bespoke business finance.With transformational change taking place in the high street lending space, the business identified a demand for bespoke lending.As an established Business Finance Broker offering a full portfolio of financial products, they offer clients a professional service and access to an array of lending possibilities.This role will require occasional visits to the office with the option of flexible home working.The Role:

  • Service inbound leads from several key partners and brands as well as creating your own.
  • Using matching technology to find the best lenders for our customers.
  • Consult with the borrowers and cost the relevant eligible lenders.
  • Develop and maintain your own lead channels.
  • Liaise directly with Lenders to secure funds for our customers.
  • Maximise ALL business opportunities (be able to spot extra opps in every deal).
  • Proactively seek new leads outside of current lead channels via referrals.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, prospect clients, internal and external customers, from the office and face to face.
  • Become an Expert in the world of commercial finance and Alternative lenders.
Requirements for the Role:
  • Must have experience in Invoice Finance - min of 2 years
  • Experience - proven experience of working in a financial sales related environment
  • Skills - Numeracy and literacy; IT- Microsoft Office, in particular Excel; planning and organising; Customer service skills and ability to work alone whilst being a team player
  • Good listening skills, understands how and where to place complex enquiries.
  • Sees things from prospect clients, introducers, internal and external customers point of view; identifies their needs and has a proactive approach to building relationships and maintaining them.
