You will lead the international tax practice, advising multinational clients on complex tax matters, ensuring compliance with regulations,and providing strategic guidance to optimise their tax positions.Salary:The position offers a salary in the range of £120,000 - £150,000.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on international tax advisory projects, and tax planning, including cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and global tax strategy.
• Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, fostering growth, mentorship, and a collaborative work environment.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth and delivering exceptional service.
• Stay updated on international tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients remain compliant and capitalise on tax-efficient strategies.
• Collaborate with other service lines and business areas to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients comprehensive financial needs.

Key Experience:

• Experience in international taxation within a reputable accounting or advisory firm.
• Strong technical expertise in global tax matters, including transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, and international tax planning.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively across departments.
