INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVESALARY, £NEGOTIABLE DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCEThe company Cullen are manufacturers of moulded pulp and corrugated packaging. For nearly 100 years we’ve worked with brands to enhance the appeal of their product both environmentally and on the shelf.Cullen have manufactured corrugated packaging since 1921. Today we work with brands to protect products in transit and enhance their shelf-edge appeal. Our product range includes retail ready packaging, 4/6 corner glued trays and die cut boxes.Your new roleDue to a sustained and exciting period of growth, we are looking to add to our Corrugate Internal Sales & Customer Service Team.The position involves dealing with existing customer queries and orders, as well as acting as first point of contact for new sales enquiries. You will deal with customer enquiries and quotations, process customer orders, handle ongoing accounts, developing and building upon existing relationships, providing first-class customer service and order updates. Finally, you will manage sales enquiries, handling and completing some enquiries directly, or liaising with the Business Development Manager for larger-scale opportunities.What you need to succeedThis opportunity would suit a confident and personable individual, comfortable communicating at all levels of an organisation. You will be highly organised and used to working at pace, with a solutions-driven mindset, able to resolve queries and challenges. You will thrive working as part of a small and busy team, and pride yourself on providing excellent customer service at all times.Ideally you will have packaging industry experience, but if not have worked in a similar manufacturing / FMCG industry.What you will receiveYou will receive a highly competitive salary (dependant on your experience). The holiday allowance is 20 days + bank holidays per annu,Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.45am till 5pm
