Job Description

My client anInsurance companyhave an excellent opening for an interim Reward partner – this role is looking to pay £450-£550 per day inside IR35- so through an umbrella company. The role will be 3-6 months initially. The client has offices in Glasgowand Reigate – but is flexible on mainly remote working with 1-2 days a week ineither office.Purpose of Role:You will provide a strategic, analytical and data management service to develop and support the implementation of Reward policies, procedures and processes, which includes pay, reward, benefits and performance.• Responsible for co-ordinating the successful delivery and continuous improvement of cyclical activities such as pay review, bonus, performance management and long and short-term incentive schemes.• Deliver the operational Reward cyclical activities including collation, calculation, analysis, modelling and communication of payments.• Embed Reward governance and assurance across the business and ensure robust process around the Pay & Reward framework to maintain fairness and consistency in pay.• Manage day to day Pay & Reward activities including management of budget and contracts including supplier management and managing performance and cost effectiveness.• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Pay & Reward framework through the provision of analytical and administrative support• Provide administrative management of the MIP in partnership with Bain.• Support and manage all Executive Reward activities including Long Term Incentives.• Completing market benchmarking activities including the completion of salary, benefit and policy surveys• Data owner and governance owner around Pay & Reward MI• Deliver annual year end reporting and activity.• Design and development and sign off of incentive plans which drive the right behaviours and align to strategy and culture within a regulated environment context.• Translate regulatory requirements into actions and prepare any regulatory submissions such as gender pay.• Create Gender Pay gap reporting and development of narrative and actions working in conjunction with wider HR team.• Carry out financial modelling around Pay & Reward Work with Finance on financial modelling to inform forecasting including all Executive RewardThis role will require…• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate/interpret complex data and evaluate information objectively.• Experience with salary frameworks, job evaluation principles, compensation and benefits with up-to-date market knowledge• Advanced IT literate with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel including pivot tables and lookup functions.• Strong written communication and presentation skills• Able to create a positive working relationship at all levels and build credibility.• Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail• A flexible team player with a high level of initiative• Understanding of HR policies and procedures• Excellent active listening and presentation/communication skills• Must be able to translate business strategy and objectives into reward design.• Ability to work creatively within a regulated environment.If you have the required skill set, please do not hesitate to apply online today!
