It involves taking inbound calls from M&S stores, customers, and suppliers and creating Incident jobs on thePortal application quickly, efficiently, and accurately.Assuring that the issue is handled according to the clients process and in accordance with the clients needs and requirements in a professional manner.As part of the role, you will be responsible for handling all M&S incidents to a successful conclusion through the use of effective customer service skills.Responsibilities
