Job Description

With strategically positionedoffices worldwide and a carefully selected distributor network, we work with customers to reduce energy costs and achieve sustainability objectives.Designing and manufacturing HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) control and monitoring solutions for clients across multiple sectors; including Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Public Sector, and Hospitality, we put our customersat the heart of our business.We are currently seeking an Incident Team Operator for our Solutions Centre in Hillington, Glasgow.The RoleThis is an inbound/outbound role working on behalf of one of the nations leading retailers. It involves taking inbound calls from M&S stores, customers, and suppliers and creating Incident jobs on thePortal application quickly, efficiently, and accurately.Assuring that the issue is handled according to the clients process and in accordance with the clients needs and requirements in a professional manner.As part of the role, you will be responsible for handling all M&S incidents to a successful conclusion through the use of effective customer service skills.Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound customer calls for incidents within all M&S premises.
  • Manage incidents to completion, this involves liaising with senior M&S management
  • Conference calls with the M&S Business Continuity Team.
  • Visits to M&S Head Office (If required).
  • Client administration using M&S software
  • Produce weekly reports within required timescales
Skills and Experience
  • Call Centre experiencefirst-class communication skills, both written and oral
  • Good keyboard skills
  • An excellent telephone manner and attitude is essential
  • A flexible and hard-working attitude, with a can-do mindset
  • To work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to accurately capture data for reporting to Business Continuity
  • Excel, Word, and email experience required
  • Good timekeeping and attendance record is essential
