The successful applicant will ensure the effectiveness of Sabio solution deployments, providing technical consulting and best practice recommendations.Many of the deliverables in this role will be conducted either at one of the Sabio offices or at client site locations throughout the UK, EMEA and APAC, therefore the role is global in nature hence mobility and flexibility is therefore important.Implementation Specialist - AVAYA Oceana Responsibilities:- Advanced end to end technical design of Oceana and Avaya Analytics delivery projects including technical workshop delivery, technical requirements capture, authoring and sign off handling of technical design specification documentation.- Solution installation and configuration of Oceana and Avaya Analytics applications, this may be based on your own design or as a result of a handover from a colleague?s design phase.- Design, development and implementation of AVAYA analytics reporting portfolio, including out of the boxes reporting education / analysis, custom report generation and external feed configuration to third party systems.- Development and execution of standardised system, integration and E2E testing to ensure technical adherence of the system to design.- Supporting customers either remotely or onsite during the User Acceptance Testing phase of the project. Providing functional advice, knowledge transfer and implementing configuration fixes or workarounds to raised UAT defects.- Supporting the customer either remotely or onsite during the project go live phase.
