The company, securing multiple contracts, seeks an organised, detail-oriented professional to contribute to their success. We are looking to speak with compliance professionals who come from utilities, facilities, construction, or similar backgrounds. It is critical that all applicants are ISO accredited.On a typical day you will manage all health, safety, and compliance for the business. This role will include interaction with engineers, suppliers, and staff. Heres an enhanced version of the points for your job advert:* Lead efforts to ensure the business maintains robust compliance standards, staying abreast of industry regulations and best practices* Actively engage in sector-wide health and safety updates, demonstrating a commitment to staying informed about the latest developments and industry trends* Convene and lead informative meetings to keep the entire business updated on changes in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, fostering a culture of awareness and continuous improvement* Take a leadership role in reinforcing and promoting a strong HSEQ culture throughout the organisation, emphasising the importance of health, safety, and quality in all aspects of operations* Oversee the companys training matrix, ensuring that all employees receive appropriate training to meet HSEQ requirements, fostering a skilled and knowledgeable workforce* Coordinate and manage comprehensive audits across the business, ensuring adherence to HSEQ standards and identifying opportunities for enhancement* Has excellent communication skills * Has excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages* Is an experienced Compliance Professional* Is capable of organising and prioritising personal workload* Must be ISO accreditedYou must be ISO accredited to apply for this role.
