Job Description

We are pleased to announce that SThree is looking for a HRIS Analyst, to be based in Glasgow, although working remotely for the foreseeable future. In this role, youll be supporting the HRIS manager to build a technology infrastructure required to collectand analyse HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives, and interface with HR and other business functions to serve their data needs.Who will you be working for Youll be joining SThree, a global specialist talent organisation. Perhaps this is why 93% of our people would recommend SThree as a place to work.What will you be doing The HRIS Analyst will provide first line support to the business for HR systems and provide relevant training on HR systems within the People Services department. Youll also be responsible for Performing ongoing maintenance of SAP HR organisational structuresand the delivery of HR reporting that is derived from SAP, consolidating and interpreting data as required.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:MI Reporting

  • Analyse and design new reports based upon business requirements and trends, through working with the HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.
  • Provide interpretation and analysis of data in a manner that is relative to the Audience
  • Perform data reconciliations and quality checks based on Data Governance structure and rules
  • Use own insight to identify data trends and make proposals
  • Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders, including attendance to meetings
  • Extract data and build reporting for the Gender Pay Gap reporting, working closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager to ensure compliance with legislation
  • Creation of new reports within SAP as required by the business
Systems Administration
  • Resolution of stakeholders queries within agreed SLA delivery times
  • Assist in management and build of ongoing System enhancements (CSI) of the Fairsail HR system, based on feedback and business analysis of business feedback and requests.
  • Perform and manage QA Testing of on-going enhancements (Fairsail and SAP) including creation of test scripts and evidence collection.
  • Develop an understanding of SThrees HR systems and data flows through support of the systems
  • Liaise with the relevant IT Teams and Fairsail Support teams to ensure that any technical issues are understood and resolved
  • Resolving Interface errors and queries between SAP and external providers
Support
  • Perform ongoing maintenance of organisational structures in SAP HR
  • Managing queries via Supportworks query management system within agreed SLA delivery times
  • Perform data reconciliations and quality checks
  • Provide training on HR system to HR colleagues and employees as required
What skills/experience should you have
  • Experience in a similar role required.
  • Experience of using Fairsail technology and/or SAP is advantageous
  • Previous experience in professional services and a centre of excellence environment would be ideal but not essential
  • Experience in the provision of management information and analytics
  • Skilled in effective data analysis
  • Advanced MS Office skills (in particular Excel)
  • High level of written and oral English communication
  • Understanding of HR Systems and Data Flows
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Business Analyst Skills
