HR Advisors/Officers Looking for part time/flexible hours This is a fantastic part time HR Business Partner opportunity based in Aberdeen with a large organisation who are known for really making a difference in peoples lives. You will join a large HR function in a remote role with dedicated responsibility for your own region - Aberdeeen, Aberdeenshire, Tayside and Elgin. You will be responsible for: • Working closely with line managers in your region to coach train and upskill on HR policy and procedure. • Employee relations case work (disciplinary, absence investigations, grievances and consultation meetings) • Supporting the wider HR team with ongoing TUPE projects and also post TUPE assimilation. • Implementing HR policy and new HR initiatives • Working closely with the trade union and trade union representatives. • Supporting the business area with recruitment plans• Supporting the Head of HR with strategic HR projects. You will have previous HR Advisory experience and excellent employment law knowledge (ideally CIPD qualified). You will be a credible HR professional able to influence at managerial level. This is a new role with a supportive HR team and an organisation with a great culture! The role will ideally be 3 or 4 days (flexible).
