Venesky-Browns client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit an HR Officer for an initial 12 month contract with the potential to extend on a rate of c.£200/day (inside of IR35). Due to the current circumstances thisrole will be remote based for the foreseeable future.Responsibilities:- Leading on related organisational development activity to support Recruitment, Resourcing and Workforce Planning and to support all HR and people aspects of the organisation undergoing review following the recent OECD report recommendations. - This post is business critical to the functioning of an efficient and effective HR.- The role requires an individual who will ensure consistency with policies and approaches across the organisation, and who is equipped and able to support the changing needs of the organisation, at pace, while delivering an effective customer service.Essential Skills:- CIPD accredited possessing current, relevant experience within Human Resources in particular handling employee relations cases.- Excellent IT skillsDesirable Skills:- Highly developed interpersonal and networking skills with experience of working successfully with internal and external stakeholders.If you would like to hear more about this opportunity please get in touch.
