Job Description

HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR Professional for an HR Advisor role. Reporting into a Senior Director you will have accountability for an HR Administrator. The purpose of the role is to provide HR advice, support, administration and overseethe company training elements and training administration. The ideal candidate will be expected to have good employment law knowledge and can rewrite policies and procedures. The company uses Worknest as external support.Role Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice, support and training to the business
  • HR administration, completion of all letters to employees
  • Policy Updates / Creation
  • Recruitment of all employees, including Job Descriptions,
  • Interviewing and appointment
  • Contract of employments
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Induction processes
  • Undertaking investigations and disciplinaries
  • Minute taking for HR meetings
  • Absence Management
  • Any other HR duties required
  • Training - oversee the training aspects within the company. Help with grant funding and the booking of training
Person Specification

The role is predominantly office based at the Glasgow Depot, however, occasionally there may be a requirement to travel to other regional offices or attend seminars and events. In return, you will receive a salary of between £35,000-£42,000, 21 days holidayplus bank holidays plus discretionary bonus.
