Job Description

As recruitment for the travel industry shows no signs of slowing down, for those with experience in the cruise sector, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-award-winning cruise agency as they build on the success of their existing homeworkingsales team.In addition to a guaranteed salary of £23,000, our client can offer uncapped earning potential (with the average consultant earning £40,000 plus), and for their next intake, theyre also offering a £2,000 "golden hello" bonus!Working with inbound cruise sales enquiries, the role involves selling the full spectrum of cruise lines, from great value family cruises to luxurious, six-star cruise holidays. Youll be expected to offer a highly professional service, giving expert adviceand recommendations and following up with the client in order to secure the booking.   • Handling both telephone calls and web enquiries
  • Selling cruise holidays across all cruise lines
  • Tailor-making cruise and stay packages
  • Upselling and booking ancillary products where appropriate
  • Offering exceptional customer service, expert advice and personal recommendations
  • Working to and achieving sales targets
Were looking for:
  • Cruise sales experience and ideally, good personal cruise experience
  • Confident & engaging telephone manner
  • Genuine interest and desire to specialise in the cruise sector
  • Proven sales/profit generated track record
  • Tenacious and pro-active approach to sales with an ability to "close" the sale
  • Previous experience of working from home would be an advantage but isnt essential
  • Quiet space or spare room from which to work
Our client can offer:
  • A guaranteed salary of £23k plus uncapped earning potential (£40k+)
