The home requires a passionate Home Manager who can support and encourage the staff team to maintain outstanding care to all residents.The Home Manager would be required to identify ways in which the occupancy in the home can be increased whilst continuing to deliver high quality care.Requirements:- Must be nurse qualified- At least 2 years Home Manager experience- Experience of working in a care home with nursing- Good knowledge of CI requirements- Knowledge of increasing occupancy within a care homeThe CandidateThe successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working within an elderly care home and although a nurse qualified manager is preferred, this is not essential.The candidate must be able to evidence positive CI reports in previous roles, as well as provide experience of increasing occupancy within a care home and keeping this at a high level.
