Home Based Mortgage And Protection Advisor40 hours, Mon-Friday (occassional weekends)Salaries range from £25-30k + monthly commissions, average OTEs £60k+Start your new home based career with Scout Financial Services today!! Since mid 2019, Scout have now grown to a team over 35 home based Mortgage And Protection Brokers and due to a surge In demand for our products and services we are excited to announce further opportunities available across the UK for experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisors looking for a more lucrative and remote based opportunity, with positions available Immediately!!Our team of experienced Brokers have access to a client database courtesy of our sister company Yopa Estate Agents (ranked best online estate agent by OnlineAgentPicker), with leads referred from across all areas of the business, Including Local Field Agents and Contact Centre Sales Teams, along with several growing external lead sources outside of Yopa, allowing you the opportunity to build great relationships with clients whilst providing accurate advice on our wide range of regulated products and services such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection.You will also receive admin support from our in-house Mortgage Admin Team, allowing you to focus on growing your earnings while making dreams come true for homebuyers across the land!! You can expect an average of around 10-15 telephone appointments per week and OTEs upwards of £60k!Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducting sales opportunity calls with customers, building relationships to provide accurate advice on our range of regulated products range of regulated products and services such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection, applying your expert knowledge
  • No need for self generation, all leads are provided from across all areas of Yopa Estate Agents as well as from our trusted external lead generator
  • Proactively managing the customer experience making sure to understand the customer’s needs along the way ensuring clients receive exceptional service
  • Influencing your network and specialist colleagues, to ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of seamless’ customer service across all propositions
  • Identifying broader opportunities and referring clients to the most appropriate network or specialist colleague to ensure the branch achieves its overall goals
  • Provide regular feedback to our product team to help Improve our In-house software
    • Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor or similar, preferably telephony based
  • Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practise (CeMAP) or Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ) or equivalent
  • Competent Adviser Staus (CAS) desireable
  • A top performer In your firm with a proven record
  • A good understanding of the mortgage market, products and services, whole of market knowledge desirable
  • A familiarity with Primis Mortgage Network desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal as well as numerical
  • Experience of working within a target driven environment
