Job Description

HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV FitterBasic Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hourLocation: GlasgowShift Pattern:

  • Shift 1: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:15 / Friday 07:00 - 14:30
  • Shift 2: Monday to Friday 15:15 - 23:45 / Friday 14:30 - 20:45

  • carry out fault diagnosis, service and repairs
  • Complete repair order write ups, service report sheets and production card information
  • Working within the team to help diagnose fault to completion of repair
This is what were looking for:
  • ability to work under pressure, to actively seek solutions to problems
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
  • previous experience working on HGVs or have completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry
