Job Title: Helpdesk Customer Service Representative (backshift)Location: GlasgowSalary: £10,826.67 per annumBenefits: Pension, health plan, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)Hours: Mon 5-10pm, Fri 5-10pm, Saturday on rotation (start times can be either 9am,10am,11am,12pm or 2pm on 7.5 hours shift.)We are advertising this Helpdesk customer service representative (backshift) role on behalf of our client City Facilities Management’. City were established in 1985 and the company has grown to become one of the world’s largest privately held, integratedFM companies.Job Purpose:To answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a professional manner whilst logging and passing out efficiently all customer related faults and enquiries. Monitor and manage new calls with a high focus on response times whilst following the call scriptsprovided capturing all relevant data to comply with Call Quality Monitoring guidelines. Ensure that all relevant administration related to the completion of your role are completed in full and in a timely manner whilst ensuring a swift and efficient serviceis delivered in line with agreed service levels.Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
