ElectricianScotland - Central Belt£28,000 - £32,000 + Van + Fuel + Pension + ProgressionAre you qualified to carry out electricial works on heating systems such as Combi Boilers, Solar Thermal or Heat PumpsAre you interested in working for a company that is looking to grow over the coming years, and to directly contribute to the development of their businessIn this role you will cover the Central Belt, Dumfries and Aberdeenshire areas by carrying out electrical works relating to the installation and maintenance of heating systems such as Combi Boilers and Electrical Storage Heating.The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years relevant industry experience with appropriate certifications. Experience performing electrical works on renewable heating systems (Solar & Heat Pumps) is particularly advantageous.This is a great role for an experienced electrical engineer to develop their career and be part of an up-and-coming heating company that has a clear plan to grow their business.The role:* Travelling to areas around Scotland to perform electrical work (installation & maintenance) on assets related to heating* Carrying out fault diagnostics and reporting non-electrical faults to the Line Manager* Ensure site work is carried out safely and HSE policies are properly implemented* Inspect, test and issue certification for all electrical installations and repairs* Communicating technical information to customers in a way that is understandableThe person:* Hold 18th Edition, Inspections & Testing certificate and a CSCS or ECS card* Hold an approved trade qualification such as City & Guilds, SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent* Experience with renewable heating technologies (Heat Pumps or Solar) especially advantageous* Organised, flexible and good communication skills* Relevant 2-3 years industry experienceRise Technical Recruitment Ltd regrets to inform that our client can only accept applications from engineering candidates who have a valid legal permit or right to work in the United Kingdom.Potential candidates who do not have this right or permit, or are pending an application to obtain this right or permit should not apply Required skills
