Your ability to understand the unique needs of each client and deliver tailored solutions will be crucial in achieving success.Candidates will stand a better chance if they have prior experience in sales or business development roles within hospitality or the events industry. Also experience of groups is essential and if from a branded collection this would be advantageous.
