Are you an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing payroll operations and processing employee benefitsWorking for a Coffee Service Group on a full time, permanent basis within their Glasgow office. Take entire control of the groups payroll cycle for their payrolls in the UK and Ireland.Your responsibilities include being the principal point of contact for all questions regarding employee payroll. updates and maintains payroll data for any changes (salaries, job titles, depts., etc.). Maintain payroll rules by staying current with statedpolicies and processes. Adopt a strategy of ongoing improvement to make processes and procedures more efficient.You will coordinate the administration of all benefit-related issues, such as pension plans, health insurance, and others. Maintain communication with Fleet to verify that automobile benefits are recorded accurately. Serving as the primary point of contactfor our Benefits Advisors and informing the Finance team of market changes.Salary: £36,000 -£42,000 (depending on experience)Benefits:28 days annual leave increasing with length of service plus 4 public holidays, medical cash-back programme, perks, free on-site parking, staff discounts, and more!If you have a professional payroll qualification and can undertake the entire payroll process from start to finish then we want to hear from youIt is important that you have a working knowledge of SD Worx along with advanced Excel skills.
