As a developing boutique marketing agency, we are on the lookout for another graphic designer to join our creative team. You will be comfortable with design for print as well as with a variety of digital graphic assets.This is primarily a home-based role where a certain level of flexibility and ability to multitask will be essential. We will be using an office just every now and then and communicate a lot via Zoom if needed.Day to Day Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for creating both work from scratch; and to continue the design styles which are already in use, using templates and following the brand guidelines- Taking down design briefs and translating these into creative but practical materials- Designing the project graphics including all sales and marketing materials such as brand identity elements, catalogues, brochures, online banners, as well as online graphics for social media and websites- Managing artwork to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to throughout the project materials- Supporting the projects with any graphic design requirements in line with management priorities- Assisting sales and management to develop Point Of Sales materials, packaging and adverts- Managing and maintaining a content database of all online and offline marketing materials and assetsEssential Attributes:- Creativity and flexibility- Self-motivation - the role will be mostly home based- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - essential; After Effects, Premiere Pro - desirable)- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is maintain- Ability to work independently and remotely while also being part of a team- Resilience under pressure and delivery on scheduleDesired Skills:- Experience in design for social media- Experience in design for complex marketing campaigns- Photography- Video editing and animation- Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML and CSS- Staying up to date with graphic design trends and standardsIf that sounds like you and youre looking for a new challenge in a fast moving but exciting environment, have the required skills and dependable to get the work done from home then dont hesitate to send us your CV and Portfolio (this MUST be included withinyour CV document).___About Us: We are a stand-alone design and marketing agency, but primarily have clients within their own group of companies.
