One of the UKs leading independent infrastructure consulting company is looking for ambitious graduates to join as Estate Surveyors. This unique business offers end to end services to all the UKs major communication infrastructure projects. The successful applicants will be placed into a two year rotational graduate scheme, intended to support them along the way to becoming a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).As an Estate Management Surveyor you will undertake a variety of work on a day to day basis managing our client’s UK wide portfolio of sites. This work includes the negotiation of both new lettings and lease renewals, dealing with open market rent reviews, commercial valuations, inspection and measurement of both land and property, wayleave negotiation and much more.Due to the current Coronavirus restrictions, it is anticipated that the job will be based from home at this time, with daily support via video meetings, phone calls and emails from mentors and colleagues. Regular face to face interaction and working in the office will resume when it is safe for it to do so.Requirements:
